These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the automated review collection software and SMS routing services provided by Bernuru ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our service or paying the initial setup fee, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms.

Terms of Service

The Service

We provide a software integration that routes automated text messages (SMS) to your customers, requesting feedback and directing them to your Google Business Profile. We provide the software infrastructure; we do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, nor do we guarantee 5-star ratings.

  • Setup Fee: The initial setup deposit is non-refundable once the database build and Twilio routing configuration have commenced.

  • Monthly Retainer: The ongoing software license and management fee begins 30 days after the setup payment and is billed monthly via automated card payment or Direct Debit.

  • Failed Payments: If a monthly payment fails, our system will automatically pause your SMS routing and web portal until the balance is cleared.

Billing & Subscriptions

SMS Fair Use Policy

Your monthly retainer covers the automated dispatch of up to 200 SMS segments per calendar month.

  • The system is designed for live, day-to-day operations following the completion of a job.

  • Mass-uploading historical lists of old customers is strictly prohibited.

  • Any usage exceeding the 200-message monthly limit will be automatically billed at a rate of £0.05 per text on your next billing cycle.

Google Policy Compliance & Liability

Google’s official policies strictly prohibit "Review Gating" (the practice of selectively sending review requests only to customers you assume will leave positive feedback).

  • You agree to use this system to solicit feedback neutrally from all customers.

  • We acts strictly as the software provider. We are not legally liable for any penalties, ranking drops, or account suspensions applied to your Google Business Profile due to your misuse of the platform.

Cancellation

This is a rolling 30-day agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [Your Email Address]. Upon cancellation, your dedicated SMS routing number, automated webhooks, and trigger portal will be permanently deactivated.
